My journey from a hands-on software engineer to an executive at Intel, and now as a certified leadership coach, positions me to empower leaders through transformational strategies and proven practices. My Journey and Transformation

Throughout my career in the tech industry, evolving from engineer to executive, I faced intense challenges. Facing burnout while managing heavy workloads and team responsibilities, I realized the need for change.

The turning point was working with a coach, which brought a new perspective: the 'leader as coach' approach. This shift improved my time management, communication skills, and work-life balance.

This inspired me to become a certified leadership coach and found Tech Leaders Coach.

Here, I combine my Silicon Valley expertise with empathetic leadership coaching to empower tech leaders and teams.
