My Journey:
From Engineer to Executive to Tech Leadership Coach
From my early days as a software engineer to becoming an executive at Intel, I’ve experienced firsthand the unique challenges tech leaders face at every stage of their careers. I know what it’s like to navigate complex team dynamics, deliver under high pressure, and feel stifled when your role no longer aligns with your strengths or values. But it wasn’t until I hit a point of burnout that I realized something needed to change.
Mentorship and coaching gave me a fresh perspective. They were instrumental in helping me regain my sense of direction, reconnect with my purpose, and reimagine my role as a manager and leader who empowers others to reach their full potential. That transformation inspired me to become a certified leadership coach and found Tech Leaders Coach to help others experience similar transformations.
Now, I combine my technical background with a holistic leadership approach, offering real-world strategies and tools that empower leaders as they move through pivotal career transitions. Whether it's a first-time leader or someone stepping into a senior executive role, my passion is helping leaders amplify their impact and thrive.
