The participants in a Leadership Agilities cohort are comprised of industry peers and fellow leaders from different companies. They collaborate for collective breakthroughs and shared leadership progress, learning from each other's differing perspectives. Intact Team Leadership Coaching comprises participants on the same team within a company. In the sessions, they will work together to unify and strengthen their team dynamics.

Our live sessions will focus on connecting as a cohort, diving deeper into the learning content modules, practicing in small groups with feedback from your peers, and receiving coaching and mentorship from experts in the field.

Each cohort is two hours every other week for about 5 months.

Each cohort is two hours every other week for about 5 months. In addition, you should expect about 60 minutes of assignments and reflection between sessions, which may include a combination of watching videos, reading handouts, or completing exercises. Perhaps most importantly, you should be committed to practicing your learnings and new behaviors into your daily workflow. This isn't incremental work, but it will take practice to become natural and habitual.

We encourage you to block time out of your schedule to be able to show up to each session and be fully engaged. If you need to miss more than one session, we suggest waiting for the next cohort.

Registration for the Leadership Agilities cohort is non-refundable but transferable. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your registration to another leader within your company. Alternatively, you can transfer your registration to one of the next two cohort offerings of Leadership Agilities. You may transfer your registration only one time. If you cancel a second time, your registration will be forfeited.
